5. Payment, Refund & Liability Disclaimer

  • A 50% advance payment is mandatory before any project begins.

  • Remaining 50% must be paid after project completion, before delivery or handover.

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.

  • If a client cancels the project after work has begun, the advance amount will be non-refundable.

  • SBHub Online will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delay or data loss.

  • All services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

  • By making a payment, the client agrees to these terms and waives all rights to dispute or demand refunds.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or engage in illegal activity through our platform.

7. Third-Party Links

We may display links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of such websites.

8. Termination of Services

SBHub Online reserves the right to refuse service or terminate projects if there is a breach of terms, abuse, or non-payment.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dhanbad, Jharkhand only.
